QA Engineer

Job Summary

Owning comprehensive testing approaches, the full-time QA Engineer will manage quality deliverables for an AI-driven platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead a remote team of testers to ensure high-quality software outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, automation frameworks, and risk assessments to drive customer success
• Collaborate with development, product management, and customer support teams to integrate quality practices throughout the software development lifecycle
• Design, implement, and continuously improve automated test frameworks for API, UI, integration, and regression testing

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance, including 2 years in test automation development
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, best practices, and the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
