QA Engineer

Job Summary

To support testing efforts for the IBM Verify (IAM) platform, the full-time remote QA Engineer will design and execute manual test cases, validate authentication scenarios, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure quality across applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for IAM workflows powered by IBM Verify
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across web and API layers
• Document test results, defects, and participate in sprint ceremonies for QA planning activities

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Strong experience with manual testing methodologies
• Understanding of web applications, APIs, and system integrations
• Basic knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts such as SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
