QA Engineer

Job Summary

To support the scaling of an AI Operating System for merchants, the full-time QA Engineer will design and maintain automated test suites, perform manual testing, and establish QA processes while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual and exploratory testing for new features prior to release
• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with Engineering to resolve issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software testing (manual and automated)
• Experience building automated test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Appium)
• Comfortable testing both web and mobile applications
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for edge cases and usability issues
• Bonus: experience testing POS, e-commerce, or marketing automation platforms
