QA Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic engineering team, the full-time QA Engineer will develop scalable solutions for business operations systems, actively participate in collaborative development, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and prioritize test cases and test plans while participating in product direction discussions
• Set up and manage test environments to validate customer configurations and record software defects with actionable details
• Establish and improve quality management system processes and perform software installation and integration tasks

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience supporting commercial software applications
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or relevant professional experience
• Relational SQL skills to execute DML for testing activities
• Ability to write high-quality functional tests for software features
