QA Engineer

Job Summary

To drive quality assurance transformation in a fast-paced agile environment, the full-time remote QA Engineer will review and validate AI-generated test results, execute manual and exploratory testing, and own the QA strategy for the squad while building scalable automation using Playwright.

Key responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-generated test results, assessing accuracy and completeness
• Perform manual test execution and targeted exploratory testing on complex workflows and high-risk areas
• Own the QA strategy and execution, including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a QA role with a strong foundation in manual and automated testing
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright or a modern automation framework
• Proven ability to create and own test plans and define test strategies
• Familiarity with Xray or a comparable test management tool integrated with Jira
• Strong Jira proficiency, including bug reporting and defect classification
