QA Engineer

Job Summary

To support client-facing workflows, the full-time QA Engineer will design, implement, and execute manual and automated tests using Python (Selenium), while collaborating with Customer Success to identify quality gaps and ensure smooth solution delivery in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand client workflows and identify quality gaps
• Design and execute manual and automated tests for client-facing workflows, writing maintainable scripts in Python
• Lead test planning, exploratory testing, and regression cycles for client-specific features

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Software QA, including both manual and automation testing
• Strong understanding of core QA principles and methodologies
• Hands-on experience writing automation scripts with Python (Selenium); familiarity with modern frameworks is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS workflows, integrations, and APIs (JSON, REST)
• Excellent communication skills to interface directly with clients and translate feedback into testable requirements
