Job Summary

To support quality assurance efforts, the contract QA Engineer will develop and execute test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, validate AWS Lambda functions, and perform functional testing, all while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans and cases for contact flows and routing profiles
  • Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with the development team
  • Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with stakeholders to validate new contact flows
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant QA/testing experience
  • Experience with AWS Connect or other call center platforms
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda
  • Able to work Central time hours while remote
