QA Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance software quality and reliability, the full-time remote QA Engineer will develop and implement testing strategies, manage regression testing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Design and operate AI-driven testing workflows to expand test coverage and accelerate feedback
- Develop and maintain an end-to-end regression strategy, including test prioritization and risk-based coverage
- Partner with Release to define testing procedures, quality gates, and production readiness criteria
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in QA strategy, test automation, and release readiness within production software environments
- Strong knowledge of test orchestration and CI/CD processes
- Demonstrated ability to design regression suites with a focus on comprehensive coverage and speed
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted testing and agentic workflows
- Experience collaborating with Release or DevOps teams on testing procedures and quality gates
