QA Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the quality of award-winning software products, the full-time QA Engineer will work remotely to design and execute automated and manual tests for React, Vue, and NestJS/Node applications, collaborating closely with software engineers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate in an Agile environment to test and deliver high-quality features across frontends and microservices, building and maintaining automated tests using Cypress and Playwright
• Design, document, and execute detailed manual test cases, validating REST and gRPC endpoints and writing SQL for data verification
• Partner with stakeholders to triage and prioritize issues, leveraging AI tools to enhance test creation and defect detection

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within a fast-growing SaaS company; healthcare experience is a plus
• Hands-on automated QA experience with tools like Cypress and Playwright, along with strong skills in manual testing
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and experience testing API frameworks with tools such as Postman or SoapUI
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the delivery process
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent years of experience
