QA Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic QA team, the full-time QA Engineer will own test planning, execute functional and exploratory testing, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) across the product stack in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute functional and exploratory test cases for API- and SDK-based product flows
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate acceptance criteria into test scenarios and manage regression testing for releases
• Log, triage, and track defects, ensuring clear documentation and follow-through to resolution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of QA or test engineering experience, preferably in fintech or API-driven environments
• Strong understanding of the QA process throughout the SDLC, including test planning and defect management
• Experience with BDD-style test scenario writing and automated testing tools like Playwright or Selenium
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language for test automation, such as JavaScript or Python
• Familiarity with SQL for data verification and experience using Jira and Confluence for test planning and documentation
