QA Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented QA & Verifications Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for ensuring software integrity through verification processes, conducting thorough testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct verification of customer software using technical documentation and ensure successful software builds across various programming languages
- Perform end-to-end testing of application features using both manual and automated methods, documenting and reporting any bugs or inconsistencies
- Analyze software requirements and collaborate with team members to improve verification processes and practices
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of development or DevOps experience
- 2+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac environments
- Basic understanding of popular backend languages such as Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP
- Familiarity with database and server configuration (MongoDB, SQL, MySQL) and version control systems like Git
- Basic knowledge of front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and AWS technologies is beneficial
