QA Engineer (Georgia Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer responsible for performing manual and automated testing for the company's internal CRM system and other products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of CRM features, covering frontend, backend, and APIs
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using TypeScript and Python
• Report, triage, and track defects effectively through resolution

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on QA experience (manual testing, backend, web-based applications)
• Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and defect management tools
• Proven experience with automated testing frameworks (TypeScript + Playwright, Python + Pytest)
• Proficient programming skills in TypeScript and/or Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and managing test cases across multiple code branches
