QA Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer II to help establish quality assurance practices in their development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements gathering, test strategy, and planning sessions
• Develop and execute automated tests and conduct manual testing as needed
• Proactively communicate testing progress and suggest quality improvements throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

• BS/BA degree preferred
• 3-5 years' experience in IT QA roles with exposure to both manual and automated testing
• Familiarity with automation frameworks (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, or similar)
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and integrity testing
• Experience with web services testing and API validation
