QA Engineer with AI Expertise

Job Summary

Seeking an AI-native QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience, the contracted to full-time position will automate QA workflows using modern AI frameworks and tools, focusing on building testing frameworks, performing various types of testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI-based testing frameworks and pipelines that automate the full QA workflow, including test strategy design and execution
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and load testing across agent workflows
• Analyze defects and incidents, identify root causes, and collaborate with developers and product managers on release validation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience, with 2+ years in QA automation
• Active hands-on usage of LLMs in QA workflows, with experience in building AI-based QA pipelines
• Strong Python and PyTest skills
• Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, client-server architecture, and web services
