QA Engineer with POS Experience

Job Summary

To enhance software quality for a growing team, the remote contract QA Engineer with POS Experience will ensure verifiable software solutions, execute QA plans, and manage testing environments while advocating for end-user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure development work is verifiable by tracing acceptance criteria to authored QA Plans
• Execute QA Plans and grant acceptance to development work prior to production deployment
• Create detailed bug reports and perform exploratory testing to enhance software quality

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of software testing experience, preferably in a fast-growing SaaS company
• Proven ability to enhance requirement definitions and improve team processes
• Experience with QA and delivery team improvement initiatives
• Strong pride in product quality and commitment to addressing customer-reported issues
• Experience testing Point of Sales integration
