Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineer with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SFMC implementations
Validate email campaigns, journeys, automations, and audience segmentation within SFMC
Perform data integrity checks across Marketing Cloud and integrated platforms

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of QA experience, with at least 1-2 years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder
Experience with AMP script, SQL, and scripting within SFMC
Proficiency in QA tools such as Selenium, Postman, JIRA, TestRail, etc
