QA Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineering & Implementation Lead to oversee quality assurance processes and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and scaling of automated test frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Define and manage the QA governance model across products, utilizing tools for test plan management
• Conduct test execution and regression cycles, managing defect processes and release readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of progressive software QA experience, including leadership roles
• Knowledge of automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright) and API testing (Postman)
• Experience with backend validation using SQL
• Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Product teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
