Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to lead and inspire their QA team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the assignment of QA professionals to Engineering squads for effective product delivery
Support the QA Director in defining and implementing the QA strategy
Provide expertise in testing and quality assurance to engineering squads

Required Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in QA, with 2-3 years in team or test management
Experience in introducing new tools or processes in the QA field
Experience in testing web or native mobile applications across all levels
Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
Understanding of KPIs and ability to monitor the quality of IT solutions
