QA Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to oversee quality assurance across product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the cross-product test strategy, including both manual and automated testing
• Manage, mentor, and grow a QA team of engineers and specialists
• Partner with product and engineering managers to integrate testing into the release pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in QA or Software Engineering with 2-3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience in test strategy and execution within SaaS, APIs, or AI/ML platforms
• Expertise in test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and FedRAMP
• Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and acting on KPIs
