QA Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager in QA to lead and scale their Quality Engineering function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing QA/Automation engineering organization
• Define and execute a comprehensive quality engineering strategy aligned to product and engineering goals
• Establish best practices for test automation, framework development, and validation at scale

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in software quality engineering or software development
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading engineering or QA teams
• Strong understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
