Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and enforce policy violations reported by content creators, ensuring swift resolutions
  • Record actions and analyze patterns to identify gaps in moderation processes, collaborating on improvements
  • Manage high-profile escalations and advocate for player safety by providing insights for game design
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Over three years of Trust & Safety experience, preferably in gaming or social media
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building
  • Empathy for players with a track record of improving safety and community standards
  • Experience playing Valorant or similar first-person shooter games is required
