A company is looking for a Q&A Contact Experience to join their Trust & Safety team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce policy violations reported by content creators, ensuring swift resolutions
- Record actions and analyze patterns to identify gaps in moderation processes, collaborating on improvements
- Manage high-profile escalations and advocate for player safety by providing insights for game design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Over three years of Trust & Safety experience, preferably in gaming or social media
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and consensus-building
- Empathy for players with a track record of improving safety and community standards
- Experience playing Valorant or similar first-person shooter games is required
