QA Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lead-Contractor to oversee quality assurance strategies and lead a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and refine quality assurance strategies to enhance testing efficiency and product quality
• Manage the design, development, and execution of comprehensive testing frameworks
• Lead the application and optimization of automation frameworks to improve testing processes

Required Qualifications:

• Strong mobile testing experience across iOS and Android, including React Native applications
• Proficiency in Python for test automation development (pytest, Appium, or equivalent frameworks)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, and DevOps QA integration practices
• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members
• Strong technical skills in both mobile and backend QA
