Job Summary

To support a growing telemedicine platform, the full-time remote QA Lead will own the quality strategy, manage automation frameworks, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across all product lines by actively engaging in the patient journey.

Key responsibilities
  • Own quality as a customer experience, identifying and addressing potential issues that could frustrate patients
  • Lead the QA strategy and roadmap, embedding quality concerns into sprint planning and design reviews
  • Write and maintain automated tests while transitioning to in-house automation and establishing reliable CI/CD quality gates
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in QA/SDET roles, including 1-2+ years in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Strong hands-on automation skills with proficiency in a major framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
  • Deep familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI)
  • Experience in maturing QA practices within a fast-paced startup or small engineering team
  • Customer obsession demonstrated through specific examples of enhancing user experience
