QA Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote QA Lead, the successful candidate will own test strategy and execution across multiple titles, ensuring quality standards are met while collaborating with development teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and oversee project test plans, ensuring timely execution and quality standards are met
• Provide testing support and feedback on gameplay systems, collaborating with engineering and production leadership
• Identify opportunities for automation and tooling improvements, integrating tests into CI and maintaining the bug database

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional QA experience, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead role
• Experience leading internal test teams and overseeing external test partners
• Functional and usability testing experience across multiple gaming platforms and genres
• Comfort with at least one scripting language for automation and tool development
• Genuine curiosity about applied AI/ML in a QA context
