QA Lead

Job Summary

Leading quality assurance initiatives across enterprise applications and digital platforms, the full-time remote QA Lead will mentor a team of QA engineers, define test strategies, and oversee various testing activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and testers while defining test strategies and quality assurance processes
• Coordinate functional, integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing activities, ensuring effective defect tracking and resolution management
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and QA optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with 2+ years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium and TestNG
• Advanced experience with multiple testing types, including functional, integration, API, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
