QA Lead, Data & Reporting

Job Summary

Leading a team of QA professionals, the full-time remote QA Lead, Data & Reporting will develop and implement QA strategies for data and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with quality standards and overseeing test plans to maintain data integrity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and train the Quality Assurance team, setting goals and ensuring timely task delivery
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for data and reporting systems to identify potential issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective test plans and drive quality assurance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QA and testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• 5+ years of experience with testing data and reporting systems, including ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI for report validation, and Snowflake for complex query writing
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, REST API testing tools, and Agile development methodologies
