Key Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee AI evaluation systems for testing at scale
• Drive deployment excellence by collaborating with engineers and product managers to address real-world challenges
• Conduct manual user acceptance testing and represent the customer experience
• Lead and scale a team of QA analysts, defining best practices and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Deployments, or Technical QA, preferably in an AI or SaaS environment
• Strong technical intuition with an understanding of LLMs and conversational flows
• Proven operational leadership in managing end-to-end technical projects
• Ability to identify edge cases and anticipate bottlenecks with a proactive approach
• High empathy and a consultative mindset for customer support interactions
