QA Lead for AI Testing

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead, Test.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall testing strategy, plans, and standards for the AI product
• Provide technical leadership in building and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Mentor and manage day-to-day activities of a distributed QA team of automation engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in software QA with a strong test automation background
• Minimum of 2 years in a QA leadership role
• Proficiency in Python for test scripting and experience with Jira and Xray
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, and solid understanding of backend systems and databases
