QA Lead for Annuity Systems

Job Summary

To support Annuity transformation programs, the remote QA Lead for Annuity Systems will define and manage the end-to-end QA strategy, oversee test execution, and provide domain leadership while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the QA strategy and test architecture for ALIP-based Annuity programs
• Govern test execution across various testing phases and ensure strong requirements-to-test traceability
• Lead defect triage and root cause analysis while mentoring offshore QA teams for effective delivery

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in QA leadership within the Annuity or insurance domain
• Strong understanding of ALIP product configuration and financial scenarios
• Experience with test automation strategies, particularly for API and regression testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies and risk-based testing approaches
• Ability to provide executive-level quality metrics and dashboards
