QA Lead for Healthcare

Job Summary

To support enterprise healthcare platforms, the full-time remote QA Lead for Healthcare will manage end-to-end QA activities, focusing on data validation, backend testing, and clinical data integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for healthcare data platforms and clinical integrations, ensuring high-quality releases
• Perform complex data validations across multiple systems, including ETL/ELT pipelines and backend testing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data anomalies and provide actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing with a strong healthcare domain focus
• Hands-on experience with backend testing, data validation, and healthcare interoperability standards
• Proficiency in tools and technologies such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Python, SQL, and Snowflake
• Strong understanding of clinical data workflows, ADT transactions, and HL7/FHIR interoperability concepts
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, including JIRA and Azure DevOps
