Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Lead (Marketing CRM) with 10+ years of experience to drive agile test strategy for a global Salesforce CRM rollout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee end-to-end test strategy and high-level test plans across multiple product teams
  • Define testing standards and strategies to ensure product releases meet industry and client standards
  • Manage risks, improve processes, and ensure QA reporting frameworks are in place for visibility and feedback


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Test Engineering/Software QA within a digital technology company
  • Senior level knowledge of various testing methodologies including functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Hands-on experience with test automation using frameworks such as Java, Javascript, or Python
  • Proven experience in defining test strategies at the ART level and managing QA teams
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AWS services
