Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for software development
Continuously assess and improve processes, tools, and methodologies in software development
Implement and manage quality metrics and KPIs to monitor and report on quality levels

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quality Management, or related field
3-5 years of experience in quality management within software development environments
Experience in ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
ServiceNow expertise with a deep understanding of its capabilities
ITIL v3 and/or ITIL v4 certification(s) highly preferred
