QA Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager/Lead who will lead and mentor a QA team while contributing to testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement
• Define and enforce QA standards and drive the adoption of automated testing strategies throughout the development process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA early in the development cycle and advocate for quality in all phases of product development

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or Manager in an agile software development environment
• Strong hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution across various testing types
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership capacity (Lead or Manager)
