Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Manager to lead the quality assurance efforts for their Kubernetes multi-tenancy platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the testing strategy towards a highly automated, DevOps-integrated workflow
• Act as the technical authority for QA, addressing complex problems in Go and Kubernetes
• Manage and mentor a team of QA Engineers and SDETs while ensuring operational excellence in releases

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing experience with a focus on backend/API testing and DevOps workflows
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes and testing complex distributed systems
• Experience leading high-performing teams and managing autonomous engineers
• Comfortable reading and debugging code, preferably in Go
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace modern solutions
