QA Manager

Job Summary

QA Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing system test strategies and QA standards, overseeing functional testing, and coordinating QA activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee functional testing for the platform and coordinate launch and post-launch QA activities
• Define KPIs, track progress, and communicate results to stakeholders
• Document long-term testing strategies and assist in the evolution of the company's QA process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience in software quality assurance in web-based technologies
• Experience leading a team of test engineers and guiding their daily activities
• Hands-on experience with API and database testing
• Strong understanding of web technologies, protocols, and testing methodologies
