QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 3 QA engineers, the full-time hybrid QA Manager will define the QA strategy, manage test infrastructure, and ensure quality across the platform while adapting to AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop QA engineers, setting performance expectations and career growth paths
• Define and own the end-to-end QA strategy, including test planning, case design, and continuous improvement
• Design and maintain an automated test framework and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines for quality assurance

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience, including 2 years in a management role
• Proven experience in defining and driving QA strategy
• Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or CircleCI
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and end-to-end testing
