Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team of QA engineers and analysts, the full-time remote QA Manager will oversee hiring, performance management, and career development while ensuring the application of quality standards and processes across engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned group of QA engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of growth and accountability
• Apply and reinforce QA standards, monitor quality metrics, and manage bug tracking processes within assigned teams
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product leaders on quality strategy, ensuring effective communication of quality status and risks

Required Qualifications

• Experience in software quality assurance with a background in people management or team leadership
• Mid to senior-level management experience leading QA professionals in a technology organization
• Strong coaching and performance management skills
• Solid understanding of modern QA practices, including automation and agile development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
