QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading the quality efforts for the Bitwarden product, the full-time remote QA Manager will manage a cross-functional team of quality engineers, oversee the total quality process, and facilitate the professional development of team members while ensuring effective product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and manage a team of cross-functional QA Engineers
• Own and improve the quality process, procedures, and decision support for product development and delivery
• Set measurable goals and report on team progress, status, and roadblocks to management

Required qualifications

• Experience in testing SaaS consumer and/or enterprise products
• Management or team lead experience from a previous technical position
• Familiarity with lean or agile development methodologies
• Experience testing mobile and cross-platform/browser applications
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable strategic goals
