QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading a distributed QA team, the fully remote QA Manager will build and scale a modern QA practice, ensuring high-quality releases while collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed QA team while establishing clear expectations and performance standards
• Define and implement a scalable QA strategy aligned with product and engineering goals, overseeing test planning and execution
• Lead the expansion of test automation frameworks and partner with DevOps to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in QA, with 2-4+ years in a leadership role
• Experience leading distributed and/or nearshore QA teams
• Strong background in both manual and automated testing in SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
