QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of 8-10 QA engineers, the full-time remote QA Manager will develop and implement quality strategies, drive automation initiatives, and ensure high standards of quality across projects in a rapidly evolving publishing technology landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a QA team, facilitating their growth and removing obstacles to enhance productivity
• Define and oversee the quality strategy, including test approaches and metrics for continuous improvement
• Drive the transition to an automation-first approach, evaluating tools and writing test scripts as needed

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, with proven leadership in growing QA teams
• Experience in building QA strategy and processes from the ground up
• Demonstrated success in driving automation while maintaining comprehensive test coverage
• Strong stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with engineering and project management
• Curiosity and willingness to adapt to new technologies in the publishing tech landscape
