QA Manager

Job Summary

Leading the QA function for a fast-growing AI-native insurance platform, the full-time remote QA Manager will oversee the testing lifecycle, establish QA processes, and mentor teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the testing lifecycle, defining and enforcing QA processes and standardizing tools across the organization
• Manage and mentor QA Leads, fostering career growth and driving continuous performance evaluation within the QA teams
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business analysts to shape testing strategies and ensure comprehensive testing requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in software QA, including 2+ years in a management role overseeing QA teams
• Proven track record of establishing QA processes and standards organization-wide
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and experience with automated testing frameworks
• Hands-on familiarity with testing tools for JavaScript and .NET, and knowledge of performance, security, and compliance testing domains
