QA Manager
Job Summary
To support the Global Digital and Technology organization, the full-time remote QA Manager will manage quality assurance standards for mobile applications, develop testing measures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new developments and enhancements
- Communicate test progress and results across management levels while tracking multiple test executions simultaneously
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience developing and manually testing database-driven, native mobile applications
- BS in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent technical education and work experience
- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins
- Demonstrable skills in manual testing methodologies and practices
- Strong Agile experience in a relevant environment
