QA/QC Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA/QC Lead to ensure quality and consistency in technical work for a multifamily energy efficiency program.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and control processes for project documentation and engineering reviews
• Identify and track recurring issues, develop reports, and present findings to program leadership
• Coordinate with third-party QA/QC reviewers and provide technical rebuttals as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Energy Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in energy efficiency, engineering review, or technical QA/QC
• Strong technical knowledge of multifamily energy efficiency measures and building systems
• Experience with engineering calculations and pre- and post-installation inspections
• Professional certifications (e.g., PE, CEM, BPI, RESNET) are a plus
