QA/QC Lead

Job Summary

To establish a formal quality function for the product portfolio, the full-time remote QA/QC Lead will manage test plans, manual and automated testing, defect management, and CSV activities while supporting high-quality releases in a regulated life sciences environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test plans for new features and releases, ensuring quality and compliance
• Build and maintain automated testing strategies and UAT scripts, while managing defect tracking and resolution
• Develop quality metrics and traceability matrices to assess release readiness and improve testing processes

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in QA, software testing, validation, or quality engineering
• Experience in testing software products in regulated environments such as healthcare or life sciences
• Proficiency in creating test plans, defect reports, and UAT scripts
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and test management tools like Jira or TestRail
• Experience with Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress is preferred
