QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster - Auto/ Workers Comp (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and communicate the IQ list to QA Specialists and independent contractors
• Proof, edit, and format 4-8 dictated documents per day
• Respond quickly and accurately to client status as directed by management or team lead

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least three (3) years of related work experience in insurance, healthcare, or a related field
• Auto no-fault and worker compensation experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in MS Word
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-directed with the ability to deliver timely, high-quality results with limited supervision
