Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Specialist (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for external QA vendor, ensuring effective communication and program management
Organize and enhance existing test suites for improved efficiency and comprehensive coverage
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create test cases and conduct manual QA tests for MacOS and desktop applications

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manual QA experience with MacOS and desktop applications
Experience managing partnerships with external QA vendors
Ability to document and maintain clear test processes and technical documentation
Proven skills in triaging, investigating, and resolving technical issues
Familiarity with automation testing is a plus; coding knowledge is helpful but not required
