QA Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Specialist to join their Quality Assurance Department supporting global quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the global rollout of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple business units and countries
• Coordinate between central project teams and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption
• Manage training sessions and assist in the development of local training materials

Required Qualifications

• Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems and knowledge of GxP standards such as GMP and GDP
• Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
