QA Specialist for Physician Reports

Job Summary

To support quality assurance in physician reports, the PRN QA Specialist for Physician Advisory Services will communicate with clients and physicians, ensure report completeness and accuracy, and participate in process improvements while working remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regular status updates to clients and evaluate the quality of physician reports against client and jurisdictional standards
• Collaborate with physicians to clarify report questions and ensure timely delivery of reports with clinical rationale
• Review reports for data accuracy and compliance with state and client-specific requirements, ensuring final approval before release

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and understanding of company business lines
• Ability to apply critical thinking and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
