QA Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of a small team of QA employees
• Ensuring new and refactored features are defect-free
• Leading by example with a Sense of Urgency in all tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a QA role testing web and mobile apps
• Experience leading and mentoring a QA team for 2 or more years
• Experience in writing and reviewing test plans
• Conducting or organizing User Acceptance tests
• Conducting or organizing Beta tests
