QA Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the review process for Physician reports, the remote QA Supervisor will manage QA staff, ensure compliance with client-specific instructions, and actively participate in issue resolution while maintaining a positive working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the QA staff and manage the File Review Board to ensure timely and accurate file processing
• Review Physician reports and medical records for completeness and accuracy, addressing any outstanding questions or issues
• Act as a liaison between reviewers, team members, and clients regarding file status and process communications

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in medical peer review or healthcare industry required
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
• Exceptional communication skills and critical thinking abilities
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
